GMP Licence Options
All GMP systems have 4-types of licence that determines the access and functionality available to the system users that have activity monitored by the system owner (GMP client).
It is necessary to hold a minimum of two Super Administrator licences to gain access to the other types of hierarchal licences within the GMP system structures.
The following descriptions outline the role and access permissions within the systems.

ASSOCIATE ACCESS LEVEL
These licences are for Associates who only need to view or update their own client record information. They have access to products and sales pipelines but no financial arrangements relating to fees as a result of a sale this is restricted to the Team Administration or Super Administrator user level.
Examples would be introducers of potential business leads, specialist advisers, selling agents with agency contracts in the system hierarchy or legal conveyancing contacts.
This system access is limited and mainly used to allow the associate the comfort of being able to see their own information. They have no access to anyone else’s information.
